Australia-Wide Delivery

We use Australia Post to deliver your items and offer the following delivery options:

• Standard Shipping — $12 flat rate Australia-wide

• Express Shipping — $15 flat rate Australia-wide

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding heavier items, like glassware)
  
  

Most standard deliveries arrive within 2–8 business days, while express shipping typically arrives faster, depending on location.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-4 business days.
During peak periods, slight delays may occur, but we will always keep you updated.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Your order will be shipped using sustainable, eco-friendly packaging, designed to protect your items while minimising environmental impact.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order item, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may be dispatched together or separately, depending on what ensures the best customer experience.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at
hello@refinewellness.com.au within 7 days so we can assist promptly.

Address Accuracy  

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Once your order has begun processing or has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Refine Wellness is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
