Returns Policy

At Refine Wellness, we take great care to ensure your products arrive safely and meet our quality standards. Our Returns Policy aligns with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.

Change of Mind

We do not facilitate refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Because our products are natural, handcrafted and individually packed, we encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before placing your order. Each listing includes accurate details, sizing, and images to help you make an informed choice.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@refinewellness.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or a short video showing the fault or damage

We will assess the issue and, in line with the Australian Consumer Law, offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Refund (if the issue is major or cannot be remedied within a reasonable time)

We may ask you to return the item for inspection. If a return is required, we will cover all return postage costs.

Minor vs Major Problems

If the product issue is minor, we will arrange a repair or replacement within a reasonable time.
If the issue is major — for example, unfit for purpose — you may choose a refund or replacement.

We reserve the right not to provide a remedy if the product has become damaged due to misuse, neglect, or abnormal use.

Timeframe

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalise the refund.

Sustainable Packaging & Returns

Where possible, we’ll try to resolve issues without needing you to return the product — this helps us reduce unnecessary shipping and waste. If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
