Refine your day-to-day. Elevate your health.
At Refine Wellness, we believe the small things you surround yourself with—your morning rituals, your kitchen , the feel of your home—can have a powerful impact on your wellbeing.

Meet Abbi
Abbi’s approach comes from years of working in both healthcare and fitness, and seeing firsthand that people thrive when support feels simple, realistic, and genuinely caring. She believes wellbeing isn’t about doing everything perfectly — it’s about understanding your body, making small shifts that feel achievable, and creating a lifestyle that supports you long term.
With a strong focus on prevention and sustainable habits, Abbi is passionate about empowering people with clarity and confidence, helping them build health practices that feel supportive, not stressful.
At Refine Wellness, her philosophy is simple; health should feel supportive, achievable, and aligned with real life — not overwhelming.
Bachelor of Health Sciences & Master of Podiatric Practice, La Trobe University.
I began my career in healthcare studying Health Sciences and Podiatric Practice, building a strong academic foundation in clinical science, pathology, anatomy, physiology and evidence-based care. I graduated as a registered Podiatrist with a commitment to helping people improve their long-term health.
Certificate III in Fitness, Australian Institute of Personal Training Group Fitness Coach & Wellness Facilitator.
Wanting to support people beyond the clinic, I completed fitness qualifications and began working in group training and boutique studio environments. This helped me connect movement, lifestyle and health in a more holistic way, and sparked my interest in empowering people through preventative health, movement and sustainable lifestyle change.
During this time, I also created outdoor group fitness sessions during COVID-19 lockdowns that grew into a wellness community of over 60 participants — reinforcing the power of connection, accountability and human support in health.
A Personal & Professional Turning Point
Across these years, I experienced profound personal loss with the passing of my Aunty Liz, and later her daughter — my beautiful cousin Bella — who passed from cancer at just 30 years old, as a newlywed and new mother. Their journeys deeply shifted the direction of my life and career. I found myself asking:
How can I help others reduce their health risks? How can I educate, support and empower families so fewer people face the same heartbreak?
This became the catalyst for expanding into holistic, preventative, integrated health.
During this time, in 2020, I opened my own private clinic, Soleful Podiatry & Performance, blending podiatric practice with functional movement principles. Working closely with patients navigating complex health conditions deepened my passion for helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives, and reinforced my belief in whole-person, preventative care.
Bachelor of Health Sciences (Naturopathy), Endeavour College of Natural Health & Founding Refine Wellness
I chose to pursue Naturopathy to unite the best of mainstream health science with natural, integrative medicine. I’m now in the final stages of my degree, completing clinical training and refining my clinical skills in holistic health, pathology analysis and lifestyle intervention.
During this chapter, I relocated to Melbourne to complete my studies while continuing to practise as a registered health professional.
In 2024, alongside my Naturopathic studies, I founded Refine Wellness — a considered evolution of my clinical work. Created to support low-tox living and more intentional home environments through evidence-informed wellness, this chapter represents my shift from practitioner to holistic educator, offering both the tools and personalised 1:1 guidance to support long-term wellbeing.
